What else to do but go riding for a few hours. On the plus side, it was sunny! On the majorly plus side, we could ride in my friend Carly's indoor arena, so out of the wind, it was more like 24 degrees. Early a.m.- load up the ponies and drive to Carly's. Then, leaving them there, Middlest and I walked to church. I just wore my leather seated britches. She felt a bit self- concious in hers, so topped them with a skirt for church. The afternoon spent riding around the arena, coating ourselves in dust. Even our eyelashes were white! But, happy and cold, we packed up for home. Cooperative, well behaved ponies, and a nice relaxing day. Thank you God! And, thank you Carly!
